    You make baking sound healthy again! I’m glad I came across this. Totally bookmarking it for some more ideas. I also like the idea of using vegetaria gelatin in baking. Bakers are more like scientists sometimes! Thanks for the great post!!!

    hi this is ashish and i have a few questions for you guys.i am a bit confused about it so please help me out long should i bake a cake in microwave oven and what power must i set? long should i bake cookies in microwave and what power i must set?
    3.what can use as egg substitute or replacer in fondue,cakes,cookies and brownies
    4.can you give me details of commercial egg replacers which could be available in chennai.
    5.can you tell me where i could get silken tofu in chennai i tried to locate it in many stores but did not find it all i found was the normal tofu and not silken can i use the normal tofu instead of silken tofu.

    hey guys i want to know whether i can use the normal tofu in brownies instead of silken tofu because i could not locate it in Chennai .i tried to find it in many stores bit did not find it.

      If you mean firm tofu by normal tofu, I guess it won’t work out right because of its texture. Can you get soft tofu? That should be fine as well.
