You’ve clearly done a lot of research and development work in this area, and I hope to learn from you what “leavened” bread is. More fundamentally, what’s “leavening”? And, “leavening agent” while we’re at it?!

I have been missing this event series for god knows how long….Will and mist send you at least one if not more! I have this applesauce looking forlonly at me for a long while now from my pantry…will use it now

Nice one Madhu. I have tried baking with applesauce.Can i send it recipes with apple sauce?Or should it be pureed apples only?

Very interesting, never baked anything before with fruits as an egg replacement, this might be a nice challenge for me.
