Madhuram, this forum is a great idea. I just came across this and will register soon. I have so many questions relating to eggless cooking. I’m sure this will be of use to so many people.

Hey one quick question, I have seen in so many of your recipes that you have used baking soda. I dont get baking soda here in Germany and wanted to know if this is an essential ingredient when not using eggs or can I just use Baking powder instead? Thanks in advance!

I cannot tell you how much this website has helped me! We are BIG egg eaters in this family, and recently found out my 15 month old son has a terribly egg allergy. I never realized just HOW many prducts contain eggs! This site is a LIFESAVER for me! I’m making my “famous” (at least among my husband and friends) oatmeal chocolate chip cookies- eggless style take 1- today and have high hopes that they will be just as fantastic as always thanks to your ideas for replacements! I’m choosing to use flaxseed and water combo because I read that the distinct granola-ey taste is best in oatmeal cookies. Wish me luck! And thanks for the great recipes!!

Thanks for commenting on cookies and brownies.I was but busy and thgh I saw your comment couldnot reply.I will be reorganizing my labels and adding the vegan one as well. Thanks and sorry for the late reply. I am bit lazy when it comes to labels and layouts.Also the addition of white sugar confuses me regarding this label.
