Ingredients


A glass (330ml) of water

1 ½ glass of sugar

500 gr. Of Pumpkin

A glass of crushed walnut

Directions
Cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces, rinse it. Put a layer of sugar on a tray and add the pumpkin on top of it. Cook it with a lid on it with medium heat. Cook it till pumpkin gets soft and absorbs sugar and water. Upon serving sprinkle some crushed walnuts all over the dessert.

I'm not a fun with pumpkin that much but this is kind of interesting to try on.
Sounds yummy and maybe I can ask for a pumpkin from my mother's backyard. Cheesy
