Excuse me? How long have you held this recipe from us? This all sounds so fantastic -- and not entirely unhealthy! Having not tried it, I'm imagining it right now and picturing the texture to be somewhat light and fluffy. That's certainly what egg-less cooking does. Does it taste anything similar to an angel food cake? I don't know why, but that's what I'm picturing in my mind. Ah well. Another recipe bookmarked. Thank you.
