Ingredients:1 box cake mix (e.g., Duncan Hines)
1 box (3.4oz) Jello Instant Pudding Mix
1 1/2 cups ginger ale (room temp or cold)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons flour
Procedure:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease 13x9" pan or line cupcake pan with paper cups
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. With a handheld mixer, beat for a few minutes until creamy.
- Bake in 13x9" pan for 40 minutes, or 25 minutes for cupcakes
- Let cool completely
Nutritional Information:Additional Notes:Easy! I make these cupcakes often. They are very moist and dense - between a cake and a pound cake. The ginger ale gives it a nice kick, but you could use other sodas, cake and pudding flavors as well. It makes 12-18 cupcakes
