My DS was recently diagnosed with an egg allergy, as well as many others (we were already gluten free.)  I used flax seed as an egg substituted in some flourless monster cookies and after baking the inside of the cookies was green.  Other than replacing the eggs, I used the same ingredients as the last time I made the cookies and no green insides then.  Has this happened to anyone else?

That's weird!  Did you use M&Ms and  do you think  that the green and blue ones bled?  Because that has happened to me when I  baked these gluten free oatmeal cookies :   http://www.egglesscooking.com/2010/09/27/gluten-free-oatmeal-cookies/
