Hi, I have been a silent reader of eggless cooking forum and blog.  It is a great platform to ask questions, sharing tips, etc.  Thanks for starting this community.  I'm a vegetarian and always in a quest for new recipes to try out and learn new combination of ingredients to make a unique taste.
