EGGLESS CAKE
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
* 1 cup orange juice
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan.
2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda. Make a well in the center and pour in the sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
I have never tried a cake with condensed milk, though I have come across similar recipes earlier. Thanks for sharing Priyanka.

hey…
its great to see so many eggless recipes around. could you please tell me where i can find one to make chocolate? not chocolate cake, not chocolate chip cookies. just chocolate. like Dairy Milk..?

VEG-CHEESE-PIZZA
INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA BASE :-
1. 2 CUPS OF WHITE FLOUR (MAIDA)
2. 1 TABLE SPOON OF DRIED YEAST
3. 2 TABLE SPOON OF BUTTER
4. 1 TEA SPOON OF SALT
5. 1 TEA SPOON OF SUGAR
6. HALF-CUP OF EVAPORATED MILK TO MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH.
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPINGS :-
1. 1 TOMATO
2. 1 GREEN CAPSICUM
3. 1 ONION
4. 3 CUBES OF CHEESE.
5. 2 TABLE SPOON OF MARGERINE
6. 1 TEA SPOON OF BLACK PEPPER
7. 1 TEA SPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER
8. 1/4 CUP OF TOMATO SAUCE.
9. 2 TABLE SPOON OF CONTINENTAL SAUCE.
10. 1 TABLE SPOON OF CHILLI SAUCE.
11. 1 TEA SPOON OF MONOSODIUM GULATAMATE (AJINAMOTO)
PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE PIZZA BASE:-
1. HEAT WATER IN A SMALL BOWL AND ADD DRIED YEAST FOR 20 MINS.
2. ADD WHITE FLOUR , SALT , SUGAR , BOILED YEAST, BUTTER AND MAKE A SOFT PILABLE DOUGH BY ADDING EVAPORATED MILK. DUN ADD MILK TOO MUCH OR IT WILL GET MOIST. TRY TO KEEP THE DOUGH SOFT.
3. AFTER MIXING IT WELL WITH HAND , COVER THE DOUGH WITH LID AND KEEP IT FOR HALF-N-HOUR , TILL IT GETS FLUFFY.
4. AFTER WHEN THE DOUGH GETS FLUFFY , KNEAD IT WELL AGAIN WITH UR HANDS AND KEEP IT AGAIN FOR 10 MINS.
5. MAKE A THICK CIRCLE (ROTI) OF DOUGH TO ADJUST IN UR PIZZA BASE LID. ADD LIL BUTTER ON THE PIZZA BASE LID AND SPREAD THE DOUGH OVER IT.
PROCEDURE FOR TOPPINGS:-
1. CUT ONIONS , CAPSICUM, TOMATO IN CIRCLE WITH THIN LINING.
2. APPLY TOMATO SAUCE , CONTINETAL SAUCE , CHILLI SAUCE OVER THE BASE WITH UR HANDS.
3. ADD ALL CUTTING VEGTABLES OVER THE BASE.
4. SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER , RED CHILLI POWDER , LIL SALT , MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE , GRATED CHESSE OVER IT.
5. ADD MARGERINE FOR SMOOTH TASTE.
PROCEDURE OF BAKING :-
1. BAKE THE PIZZA IN 850 DEGREE FOR 15 MINS .
2. U WILL GET SURE WHEN U WILL SEE UR PIZZA IS GETTING FLUFFY FROM CORNER AND ALL CHESSE AND VEGETABLES HAVE BEEN MELTED.
3. CHECK WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE BY POKING INSIDE THE PIZZA , IT WILL COMES CLEAN WITHOUT STICKY .
YOUR PIZZZZA IS READY ……..SERVE IT ND ENJOY !
