Madam, I am from India, Delhi, I just wanted to start the cupcakes or muffins to sell in my locality at a very nominal price, but at the same time,I have never done baking, but of course I am a good cook, cooking is my passion, please make your expert comment.
Thanks and regards
Rajesh Kumar
All the very best for your new venture, Rajesh Kumar. Baking is not really that difficult as long as you have the passion and patience. I too didn't have any formal training. I learned to bake egg-free following recipes from some vegan books and blogs.
hi there..
i came across your blog when i was searching for eggless baking certificate course around me in chicago USA as i want to learn the science behind baking so that i can develope my own receipe. i read your story and found some similarity between you and me:) so i thought to ask you about this. what i found here is either very expensive degree courses which do not focus mainly on eggless baking or online certificate which i am not sure of . so can you please tell me from did you learn this ? just by trial and practice method or any real training?
Thanks for the comment, Bhawana. It's all trial and practice only. The first book I got was, Baking for Dummies. Picked up a few tips and tricks from there, various other vegan blogs and recipes and slowly started getting the hang of it. Not all the recipes turn out good at the first attempt itself. I have so many recipes which I haven't blogged about because it was all a huge disaster but that's what teaches us. I haven't even looked for any courses so don't have any idea about it.
Thank u for rendering such good service for vegetarians. For my daughters sake I was looking for eggless cupcake receipe and i got ur site. U have reached this professional level from nowhere. Hatsoff to u, with small kid around u are doing a great job. Thanks once again for your lovely receipes. Will get in touch with u after I try ur cupcake receipe. Till then happy cake baking.
I was doing my usual browse on PInterest and saw searching for recipes with soy flour when your info popped up. I LOVE IT and I'm now going to try the sesame crackers and I'll use both the black and regular sesame seeds and I love both. I will be visiting your site regularly for your non-eggs recipes.
