My 3 year old chose Lemon Poppyseed by photo - love that way of organizing the recipes. We didn't have poppy seeds so I subbed chia seeds - they came out delicious. Thanks for compiling and sharing these!

What a great blog! Is it ok to post ideas for muffins for you to try out / invent? In that case my muffin request would be with tamarinde or with ginger. (i like spicy and tangy) Or maybe some savory tastes with nuts and hummus or falafelischness?! Thank you for you blog and your enthousiasm!
